The Role

The Creator Program Lead owns and scales the most important growth engine at FullEnrich.

This isn’t a side project or an “influencer manager” role. The creator program is the center of gravity of our marketing strategy, and this role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, community, and operations.

You’ll be supported by:

• A dedicated designer
• An admin/ops assistant
• The CMO (strategic partner and sounding board)

Your job: design the system, scale it, and make it world-class.

What You’ll Do

1. Build & Scale the Creator Engine

• Design and implement the processes, systems, and tooling that make the program scalable and efficient.
• Turn the creator program into a content factory that fuels every other marketing channel (paid, SEO, sales, product, partnerships).
• Ensure creators are easy to onboard, productive fast, and supported end-to-end.

2. Grow Brand & Awareness Through Creators

• Partner with creators to build authentic, high-quality content that increases brand recognition and trust.
• Help position FullEnrich as a brand creators genuinely want to work with, repeatedly and publicly.
