FullEnrich is a B2B data enrichment platform. Sales and go-to-market teams at B2B companies use our product to find contact data (emails, phone numbers) for decision-makers at their target accounts. Think precision prospecting, not mass outreach: our customers sell software, hardware, or services to other businesses, and outbound sales is a fundamental engine of how they grow.
Under the hood, we aggregate 20+ data providers into a waterfall system to maximize coverage. 3,500+ customers including AWS, Shopify, Deel, and HubSpot. Profitable, ~40 people, based between the US & Europe.
We return B2B contact data to thousands of companies. Our accuracy standard is 100%, and we're not there yet. That's where you come in.
How do you verify that a phone number actually belongs to the person you think it does? Where do you find professional email addresses that no data provider has indexed yet? How do you confirm that a data point from one source matches the same individual across another? What signals exist on the open web that the rest of the industry isn't using?
Here's the kind of problem you'd solve on a typical week:
You discover a public endpoint of a well-known service that lets you, from a phone number, retrieve the first name or last name associated with the account. You use it to cross-reference data we already have to verify whether a phone number actually matches the person we're trying to enrich. You build a proof of concept that works at scale (say, hitting that endpoint a hundred thousand times a week) with proxy handling, rate limit management, and reliability built in. Then you write the product requirements so our engineering team can take it from there and ship it into our core stack.
That's the loop: discover, validate, prototype, spec, hand off. Repeat.
