We started with a simple goal: build the best product to find the emails and phone numbers businesses need to reach the right people.
Most enrichment tools rely on a single data source, which means patchy coverage and inconsistent quality. We took a different path. FullEnrich aggregates 20+ data providers into a single waterfall system, automatically testing each source until we find the best possible contact info. The result is the highest coverage on the market, with better data quality. We call this our “Waterfall”.
As we grew, our vision expanded: become the GTM data orchestration layer for human and AI agents. Today, FullEnrich is trusted by 3,500+ customers including AWS, Shopify, Deel, and HubSpot, and we got there with very limited funding. Our PLG motion brings in around 2,000 new signups every week, and we're a team of ~50 split between the US and Europe.
We're hiring a Product Manager to own two things: the Waterfall itself, and the launch of our biggest bet, Waterfall as a Service (WaaS).
Your mission has two sides that feed each other.
Because WaaS is a new product with a strong innovation dimension, this is as much a discovery role as a delivery role. Your job is to de-risk hard before we launch: talk to ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), run design partnerships, prototype, and figure out for each capability whether it's a must-have or a nice-to-have. The metric that matters most on this scope is the revenue generated by the software vendors building on us. More information in the “Why now” section below.
You'll join François (PM, France), Daniel (Growth PM, San Francisco), and two Product Designers (Enzo, France and Lenny, Denmark). You'll report to the CPO (based in San Francisco).
A new generation of go-to-market software is emerging: agentic-driven CRMs and sales engagement platforms, built around AI agents that prospect, qualify, and reach out at machine speed. This wave changes everything about how contact data gets consumed by revenue teams (sales & marketing).
We've spent years building what we believe is the best enrichment engine on the market for our own product: a waterfall orchestrating 20+ providers, with verification, concurrency management, and monitoring built in. ISVs already embed FullEnrich into their products and represent a meaningful share of our revenue.
And from this usage, we’ve seen an interesting signal: some of our customers build their own waterfall on top of ours.
It happens for two structural reasons.
